1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhostDroid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GhostDroid provides cloud-based Android virtual devices with anti-detection capabilities for legitimate business purposes including social media management, automation, and multi-account operations.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans

GhostDroid offers the following plans:

  • Free: 2 cloud phones with 30 minutes of usage, no charge.
  • Pro ($69/month): 20 cloud phones with essential features.
  • Ultra ($169/month): 100 cloud phones with advanced tools.
  • Ultra Max ($269/month): 500 cloud phones with full enterprise features.

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment partner Whop.com.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes.
  • Do not distribute malware, spam, or engage in fraud.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology within GhostDroid are owned by GhostDroid or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

GhostDroid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.

Privacy Policy

Account Information

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through our payment partner Whop.com. Refund requests are handled in accordance with both GhostDroid and Whop.com policies.

1. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Only the first billing cycle is eligible for a refund.
  • Accounts that have been suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@ghostdroid.cloud with your account email and reason for refund.
  2. Alternatively, submit a refund request through your Whop.com dashboard.
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Partial month usage after the 7-day window.
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases consumed during the billing period.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop.com dashboard. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

Purchase Terms

Powered by Whop.com

All purchases, subscriptions, and billing for GhostDroid are processed securely through Whop.com, our authorized payment and commerce partner.

1. Payment Partner

GhostDroid uses Whop.com as its exclusive payment processing partner. When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a transaction facilitated by Whop.com. By making a purchase, you agree to both GhostDroid's Terms of Service and Whop.com's Terms of Service.

2. Payment Methods

Whop.com supports the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency (select currencies)
  • Other regional payment methods as available on Whop.com

3. Billing Cycle

  • Paid plans are billed monthly on the date of your initial purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled.
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect.

4. Invoices & Receipts

All invoices and payment receipts are available through your Whop.com dashboard. GhostDroid does not store full payment card details — all sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Whop.com.

5. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel) through:

  • Your GhostDroid account settings page.
  • Your Whop.com dashboard directly.

6. Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, Whop.com will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days.
  • If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and access to paid features suspended.
  • You can update your payment method on Whop.com to restore access.

7. Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) are calculated and collected by Whop.com based on your billing address and local tax regulations.

8. Disputes

For billing disputes or unauthorized charges:

  1. Contact support@ghostdroid.cloud first for quick resolution.
  2. You may also contact Whop.com support through their platform.
  3. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.

9. Security

Whop.com is PCI DSS compliant. All payment data is encrypted and processed according to industry security standards. GhostDroid never has access to your full card number or payment credentials.

Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Uses

GhostDroid is designed for legitimate business operations, including but not limited to:

  • Social media marketing and account management.
  • E-commerce operations and product research.
  • Ad verification and affiliate marketing.
  • App testing and quality assurance.
  • Data collection for market research (within legal bounds).

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Spamming, phishing, or social engineering attacks.
  • Identity theft or impersonation of individuals.
  • Financial fraud, money laundering, or illegal gambling.
  • Harassment, threats, or exploitation of any kind.
  • Unauthorized access to systems or networks.
  • Distribution of illegal or CSAM content.
  • Violating intellectual property rights of others.
  • Circumventing platform terms for purposes of abuse.

3. Fair Usage

  • Cloud phone resources are shared. Excessive consumption that degrades service for others may result in throttling.
  • Free accounts are limited to 30 minutes of total usage.
  • API rate limits apply per plan tier.

4. Enforcement

  • Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning.
  • Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations lead to temporary suspension.
  • Termination: Severe violations result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.

5. Reporting Abuse
